We collect information you provide directly to us when you use the Service, including account information, WerkBook profile data, and customer/vehicle data for digital records. This information is stored securely in our cloud infrastructure managed by Google Firebase.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our Service, process transactions, and power our Intelligence Engine (AI) for WerkBook insights and predictive maintenance features. We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data to third parties.
3. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit via Firebase security protocols.
