Welcome to WerkBook! These Terms Of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WerkBook software-as-a-service platform (the "Service"), operated by Mayur Kharat ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing and using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Free Trial
We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you will have full access to the features of the plan you selected. To start the trial, a recurring payment mandate must be authorized. Automated billing will commence on the day after the trial period ends unless the subscription is canceled.
4. Subscriptions And Payment
The Service is billed on a subscription basis via Razorpay. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. All fees are quoted as a flat monthly or annual rate. As the service provider, Mayur Kharat, is currently not registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India, no GST will be charged on your subscription fees.
